Update debit card.

My payment card for the subscription has expired and I try to add a new card but cannot save this. 

I change the card information under "Update payment information" and press save but nothing happens. How can I solve this.

 

Have also tried to call Adobe on 800 685 3570 but it does not seem as if the number is operational.

that usually means the card you're trying to use is not accepted by adobe, so be prepared to pay via an alternative method and using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
