Hello community,

I would like to change my Photography plan to yearly prepaid payment because the montly plan costs will be increased by more than 50%.

When I click on the accept button I always get the error message "Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry.". What should I do to solve this problem?

Best Regards

Florian

If this has happened to you, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do next:

1. Verify that your Adobe account has no billing or payment issues

Sign in to your Adobe account and review your plan and payment status.

Resolve any pending payment, expired card, or billing verification issues before attempting to change your plan again.

Retry the plan change after updating payment information if necessary.

2. Try the plan change using a supported, up-to-date browser

  1. Update your browser to the latest available version.
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies.
  3. Sign in again and attempt the plan change from the Adobe account page.
  4. If one browser fails, test with another supported browser.

I tried with two different updated browsers that are not Opera:

Firefox 137.0.1 (aarch64) on Mac

Safari Version 18.3.1 (20620.2.4.11.6) on Mac
