Update plan not possible

Hello community,

 

I would like to change my Photography plan to yearly prepaid payment because the montly plan costs will be increased by more than 50%.

 

When I click on the accept button I always get the error message "Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry.". What should I do to solve this problem?

the second is correct and will show a chat popup, if your browser permits.


Thanks. Now the support changed my plan manually. I first skipped the chat because it was a virtual chat bot in the beginning and I had no hope it could help me.

try using an updated browser that's not opera

I tried with two different updated browsers that are not Opera:

 

Firefox 137.0.1 (aarch64) on Mac

Safari Version 18.3.1 (20620.2.4.11.6) on Mac

It appears that I'm having the same problem as you did.  How did you get the attention of the support to change for you manually?  Thak you in advance.
