Updated information for the Student plan discount, but discount didn't apply
I had a student discount before, but I forgot to update my information the past month, so I got billed the regular price for that month. After I updated all my information and received the confirmation email that I'd been cleared, my monthly price remained the same. What would be the best way to resolve this issue?
PS: I couldn't find an email to directly contact customer support.
