Upgrade path from Elements 2025 to Photoshop

Hello.

I found this page while search for the terms upgrade elements to photoshop on google.

It says you can upgrade from elements to photography cc for 9.99USD.

The page doesn't work though when you press on the button to go trough the upgrade path there is a 404 + 500 error with an API key missing. Nextjs doesn't seem happy.

When I look at my account and go to my products I don't see any option to upgrade my license and when I want to pay it's the same, there is no upgrade just the full price of Photography CC.

How can I upgrade my license ?
