Upgrade photoshop and Lightroom [and remove old versions]

I have just done a recommended upgrade of the latest Photoshop and Lightroom. I thought these would override what was already on my computer but I see I still have Photoshop 2018 and Photoshop 2019 and an older verion of Lightroom. Is it ok to remove these from my hardrive or will it undermine the upgrade???

If you are happy with the updates and all is working fine you can remove the older versions of Lightroom and Photoshop without any problems.

For uninstallig please use the Creative Cloud client.
