Upgrade to Creative Cloud Student edition

I have an account with the premiere pro editing software. I'm trying to upgrade to the creative cloud student and teacher but it does not allow for that option. How can i get all the benefits from the creative cloud for being a student?

You have to cancel your current plan before you can subscribe to the Student / Teacher edition.  Otherwise, you'll end up paying for 2 subscriptions. 

 

Also, if your current plan is annual prepaid or annual, paid monthly, you'll need to cancel in your 12th month of service to avoid paying penalty fees -- 50% of remaining months.

 

Log-in to your Adobe account below.

Scroll down to Contact Adobe button on the same page.  Ask the Customer Care agent if they will waive the early cancellation fees for you so you can get the educational discount rate.

You will have to cancel one plan to purchase the other.  There may be a charge for canceling, depending upon your original plan contract.
