Upgraded as a separate subscription, and would like to cancel the smaller subscription

Hi,

 

I've upgraded to the all inclusive Creative Cloud package from a Premiere Pro subscription. Both are monthly payments, but with an year-long contract. I did a separate upgrade by accident (as I'm a single person, I don't need two subscriptions).

 

I'd like to cancel the Premiere Pro subscription without paying any extra fees as I'm actually upgrading, not canceling. I could not find any real-life support channels under https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html (shame on you!)

 

How can I cancel the void subscription?

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

there is not "contact us" in the lower right. See the attached image.
