Upgrading from Photography Plan

Question

I am interested in upgrading from the Photography plan to the full CC.

I remember when I first took out my CC subscription, there was an offer to get a reduced price full CC. I wondered firstly how much the upgrade would cost. Secondly, I am having difficulty in upgrading, getting the message "unable to load plans, please try again." I looked at cancelling to change plan, but that would incure an early cancellation fee.

Any help would be great.
