Upgrading - Individual options not visible

I currently have an active “Export PDF” plan, but I’d like to upgrade to the Acrobat Pro Individual plan (the one that allows full editing of PDFs). Unfortunately, I don’t see this option available under “Change Plan” — only more expensive business or team options.

Could you please assist me in upgrading to the Individual Acrobat Pro plan at the standard pricing? I’m based in South Africa and happy to cancel my current plan if needed.

You can purchase the Adobe Acrobat Pro Individual plan directly from this link: https://adobe.ly/4dPFz3e

Use the same Adobe ID (email) for the purchase. 

 

If you want to retain your current Adobe ID and billing history, contact Adobe Customer Care directly via chat or phone. They can manually switch your plan and apply any eligible discounts. Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat: 800-585-0774
