URGENT – Active Apple Lightroom Premium Subscription Not Recognized by Adobe

I have an active Lightroom Premium 40GB annual subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

  • Last renewal: January 16, 2026
  • Next renewal: January 16, 2027
  • Amount paid: THB 609
  • Adobe ID: metoowish@gmail.com
  • Device: iPhone (iOS)

Apple confirms that my subscription is active, and I have the official purchase receipt.

However, Lightroom displays “Subscription Expired,” and Restore Purchases returns “No previous purchases found.”

I have already verified my Adobe ID, signed in through Apple, checked my Apple purchase history, and attempted to restore my purchase.

I also contacted Adobe Support, but the virtual assistant refused to connect me with a human agent because Adobe does not recognize an active plan on my account.

This is exactly the issue I need Adobe to investigate.

Could an Adobe employee please investigate the Apple App Store subscription entitlement associated with my Adobe ID and help restore my Premium access?

I can provide screenshots and proof of payment privately.

Thank you.
