URGENT ADOBE FIX BILLING CODES!!
ANYONE PLEASE HELP; Please forward this helpful(!) suggestion to the correct person!! As a life-long Adobe customer and user of fonts and applications, I had my first problem trying to identify and resolve a charge to my credit card via my PayPal acocunt. I wasted at least two hours of my time and same for PayPal and Wells Fargo Bank until I was able to get through to an Adobe rep. THE PROBLEM IS: That when Adobe issues a charge on a credit card or a PayPal account, ADOBE USES UNINTELLIGIBLE CODES TO IDENTIFY WHATEVER THE CHARGE IS FOR!!! If that charge identification were in intelligable English lanuguage, however brief, there would be no need for recipient customer to suspect fraud, turn credit cards off, contact bank for possible fraud, contact PayPal for possible fraud, all of whom CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE CODE IDENTIFYING THE REASON FOR THE CHARGE!! Now, I'll go back to Wells Fargo and notify them that I have FINALLY resolved the question with ADOBE VIA PHONE CALL, all of which would have been unnecessary, if only there was intelligable language in lieu of, or together with, the Adobe billing code. Please see that this note gets to the CORRECT PERSON IN ADOBE, who can TAKE ACTION AND FIX this problem!!!
