Urgent Assistance Required - Payment Issue

Dear Adobe Billing Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek urgent assistance regarding a persistent issue I’ve been facing with my Adobe subscription payment. Over the past few days, I have attempted more than 20 times to complete the transaction using different cards and bank accounts, but each time, the payment fails.

 

I have carefully reviewed and ensured that all payment information was entered correctly, yet the issue continues to persist. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there are any specific steps I should follow or additional information you require, please let me know.

or use a 3rd party vendor, if adobe support is unable to help, like klarna (https://www.klarna.com) or another authorized reseller, https://adobe.my.salesforce-sites.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en

Since you have been unsuccessful 20 times, please contact Adobe Customer Care. They are the only ones who can assist with billing. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Thanks, But the Support Team can't help either. They just said to contact my bank, but my every transaction is successful on any other international sites they didn't even offer any other payment method like Paypal or any Local method like UPI.
