Urgent billing issue: Adobe is charging my card for an account I cannot access or cancel

I need urgent help with an Adobe account and billing issue.

I created an Adobe account using my company email address in order to test a free trial. However, from the beginning I have been unable to access that account properly because Adobe’s identity verification/login process repeatedly fails.

When I try to verify my identity, Adobe shows “Something went wrong”, so I cannot log in, view the subscriptions, manage the account, or cancel anything.

Despite this, Adobe has now charged my company card at least twice, approximately €60 and €40.

I have identified that the charges are connected to this inaccessible Adobe account, but I still cannot access it to see exactly what subscriptions I am being charged for.

This leaves me in an unacceptable situation:

  • Adobe is charging my company card.
  • I cannot access the account receiving those charges.
  • I cannot see what I am paying for.
  • I cannot cancel the subscriptions myself.
  • Adobe’s automated support system will not connect me to a human because the Adobe account I can access has no active subscription.

I have screenshots showing the Adobe identity-verification error, including the error reference/code.

I need an Adobe employee or billing support agent to please:

  1. Identify all active subscriptions associated with the inaccessible account and/or my payment card.
  2. Explain exactly what the approximately €60 and €40 charges are for.
  3. Cancel all unwanted subscriptions immediately.
  4. Refund the charges, as I have been unable to access or properly manage the account.
  5. Confirm that no further payments will be taken from my card.
  6. Help restore access to the account, or close it if necessary.

Please contact me privately so I can provide the Adobe ID/email address, transaction details, screenshots and the last four digits of the card securely.

I do not want to post sensitive payment information publicly in the Community.

Thank you.
