URGENT: Cancel Unauthorized Renewal

Hello,

My student plan was automatically renewed to an individual plan without my consent. I’m within 14 days and cannot reach support by message or phone.

Please advise how to cancel whitout paying cancellation fees.

if you did not update your student credentials, that's expected.
