Urgent Help
Dear help center,
I am a student and I have tried to use the free trial for one week, but I forgot to cancel the subscription and when I remembered, the monthly subscription was activated for me! Then I waited until the end of the month to cancel it, and now I see that it is a yearly subscription! I can not use the Adobe applications or websites and they are completely useless for me and all of it came with just a one-day delay for canceling the trial. I paid for one month already but I really appreciate it if you could help to unsubscribe for the rest please, because I am a student and even this little amount is very considerable to me. I am really insisting you to help me.
