I accidentally forgot to cancel my Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB subscription before it was charged. After realizing it, I canceled the subscription, and the cancellation was within 14 days of the charge date.

Will I be eligible for a refund in this case? I appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

you have to been within 7 days of the trial's end for a refund. ie, 14 days from the trial's start.

otherwise, you can expect a penalty for early cancellation per @Jeffrey_A_Wright 's link, if you had an annual contract.
