Urgent Help Needed: Billing Issue

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sophie, and I'm in a bit of a bind regarding a recent billing issue, and I'm hoping someone here might be able to provide some guidance.
I tried to use the trial version of an Adobe product, but unfortunately, I ran into some access issues. Consequently, I decided to cancel the free trial to avoid any further complications. However, to my surprise, I've noticed a charge of $52.92 on my account, and I'm at a loss as to why this has occurred.
According to the Adobe Help Center, the trial or plan I intended to use is inactive. Due to this, I don't have a running plan, and it seems like there never was a plan in my account. As a result, I can't manage anything to cancel it or take any other actions.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights the community might have in resolving this matter. Your help is highly valued.
