I recently started a free trial. The trial duration was until September 26 US$22.99 monthly. I also learned about the option for a refund before Oct 3rd and avoid fees. I forgot to cancel before my trial ended. I continued using my subscription until today when I decided to cancel my subscription. I want to request a refund.
I've tried reaching out via chat, but the system says no one is available repeatedly.
