if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Hello I have received a pending payment on my bank account, I urgently need help cancelling this.

I shall tell you why, so basically I tried to make an account on my windows 11 pc through the Adobe cloud app and I did even setup the plan I was only going to use the free trail. Once I did I tried to login but I couldn't because I didn't verify my account and I wasn't receiving an email, i decided to use the Google sign in feature to create another account through the same email and it worked but once I did i logged it and turns out it made a different account with the same email address.

I have got a pending payment on my bank account it was recieved today and I would like it cancelled asap.
