Urgent Refund Request

I am writing with frustration and disappointment regarding the continuous automatic payments of $28.99 being withdrawn from my PayPal account, despite having no active paid plans or subscriptions with Adobe.
I canceled my subscription on October 2nd and made multiple attempts to ensure the cancellation was successful. However, payments have continued to be taken from my account without my consent. This is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary financial strain.
I demand a full refund for all payments made after my cancellation date. Additionally, I request a clear explanation as to why these charges were processed when I had no active subscription.
I trust that Adobe values its customers and will promptly address this matter by refunding the unauthorized charges and ensuring no further payments are deducted.
Please prioritise this issue and respond within 48 hours. I expect to see my refund initiated immediately.

if there's still an issue with which you need help, contact adobe support.  you can bypass the chat bot by typing "agent":

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
