Urgent: Unexpected $407 Charge After “Free Trial” – Requesting Full Refund & Immediate Cancellation

I urgently need help with a serious billing issue.
My card was charged for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro:
- Jan 3, 2026 – US$67.99
- Jan 5, 2026 – US$339.95
I only wanted a free trial to test the apps. I did not clearly agree to a paid plan with these high amounts. I live in Iraq, where Adobe subscriptions are not officially available, so I had to rely on someone to help me start what I believed was just a trial.
This -US$407 was all the money on my card for basic living expenses. I am still within 14 days of the first charge, so I am requesting:
Immediate cancellation of any plan
Full refund of both charges
If this cannot be resolved quickly and fairly, I will have to dispute these transactions with my card issuer, but I prefer to solve this directly with Adobe.
