Using earlier Illustrator version - not recognising membership

Hello

I am a full paying member with the basic set of software, however when I go to use the earlier version of Illustrator (v2019), the message states that I can have a 7-day trial.  This is a new message for the New Year as last year I was running it without any issues.

Please can anyone help?
