Hello, The VAT amount is not charged on my invoice. How can this be changed?

Did you enter your tax number in the relevant field?

 

Please contact Adobe customer service for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Ensure VAT is activated in your settings and correctly assigned to products and customers. After that, regenerate the invoice to apply the VAT charge.

I paid via my credit card 48,34 EUR (39,95 + VAT) (see below)

 

 

But you send me invoice on email with price 39,95 (without VAT) (see below)
