VAT in Chile

Hi!

I have the service in Chile for my small business for a little over a year and since a tax ID is required for VAT purposes, we are invoiced with 19% added tax.

The problem is that this should generate a VAT credit with the tax authority that is recognized as such to claim a VAT credit each month. For some reason, Adobe has not done this and 19% of the invoice has to be paid out but we cannot claim the VAT credit because the tax invoice is not recognized by the tax authority.

Does anyone have any clue as to how this can be fixed so we don't keep losing 19% to un claimable Chilean sales tax??

Thanks!

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
