Para poder incluir el gasto de la suscripción de Adobe en mi declaración fiscal, necesito conocer el VAT o NIF o Tax Id correspondiente a Adobe

As suggested by @kglad and @Nancy OShea you can find the cost of the VAT on your invoice. If you require an invoice in CFDI format, for your tax purposes, then you will need to purchase from a local reseller since Adobe is considered a foreign provider with no Mexican fiscal residence.
