Vengo abonando correctamente pero no funciona

Adobe me viene cobrando de manera correcta todos los meses y ahora me bloqueo la cuenta diciendo que hubo un error en el pago cuando en la tarjeta me sigue figurando los pagos. Y es una verguenza que no tengan a nadie atendiendo los fin de semana.
