Refunds are initiated only when the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. I reviewed your account info and found that your plan is over 4 year old which makes it ineligible for refund.

if you cancelled everything within the refund period you will be refunded within 14 days. 

Hi ​@TatyD refunds are automatic and take around 14 days to reflect back in the bank statement. In the meanwhile do make sure that the cancellation is done successfully. Check the following
