Verwirrung im Abo

Hallo,
ich bin etwas verwirrt. Aktuell läuft mein Abo noch bis Okt 2025 über einen Prepaid-Code.
Auf der Account-Seite steht im Block über mein Abo: "Du hast dieses Abo gekündigt."
Aber auch, dass ich PayPal hinterlegt habe und "

141,94 €/Jahr
Service endet am 12. Okt. 2025 
Jahres-Abo mit Vorauszahlung"

Auf einer Seite helpx..adobe.com steht jedoch:
"
Foto-Abo (20 GB)
Jahres-Abo mit Vorauszahlung
Nächste Zahlung für den 12. Okt. 2025 angesetzt
"
Was bedeutet das jetzt für die Zeit nach dem 12.10.2025? Läuft das Abo weiter und was muss ich bezahlen?

Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account details. The subscription's end date is Nov 11, 2025. Adobe will send you an email notifying you that you can renew the subscription on or after October 12, 2025 however there should not be any further transaction requested from Adobe.

Thanks for reaching out. I looked into your account details. The subscription's end date is Nov 11, 2025. Adobe will send you an email notifying you that you can renew the subscription on or after October 12, 2025 however there should not be any further transaction requested from Adobe.

When can I expect to receive this e-mail? Will I be able to extend the 20 GB subscription again?

about 1 month prior to the renewal date.  plans offered can vary by date and country.

on the renewal date adobe will attempt to withdraw money from the payment method on file.  

 

what is that you want to happen on that renewal date?  cancel?  renew?

It would be good if the subscription would continue to run for the €141.94/year stated. I'd be happy with that, but it's not clear from this.

the renewal cost will be the cost at the time of renewal.  you'll be sent an email explicitly showing that cost.
