Very disappointed by total lack of support from Adobe

My whole Adobe Suite is blocked and I have to work. After logging in, broken links and errors follow if I try to update my payment info. The absolute bad joke in this website reads "Contattaci - Aiuto vero da persone reali - Inizia Ora" (Translation: Contact us - Real help from real people - Start now). So I click on "start now" link and a whole universe of faq topics is instead offered/displayed. I clicked on sseveral of them, hoping to get to the point I can finally, if not speak, chat with a real operator to solve the multiple problems I am experiencing at the moment, associated to my account. In the past it was similar, but at some point there was a way to get real help from operators. Clearly Adobe must have changed that again, looks like they don't want to be found and makes me think that possibly Adobe is focused more than ever on selling and profiting rather than keeping their clients happy and supported. My day of work is ruined, if anyone has found a way or a link to get real support, I would be very grateful if you shared it. Many thanks in advance!
