Question

Voucher was accepted but is not displayed

Hey hey,

my old subscription had expired and I now wanted to activate it with an officially purchased voucher. I entered the code, it was confirmed by a push message, but after that the new subscription wasn't displayed. No service on weekends, really bad service. Does anyone have a hint?

Thanks, Basti

Normally, a voucher just adds a certain amount of time to the existing subscription. The voucher needs to be of the same kind as your current subscription, or you will have parallel plans, like a Photography plan and a Creative Cloud all apps plan.

That's relative. English service should be available, but only on a limited basis. I do currently not know if Saturdays is considered for full service. I think that Adobe employees should also be able to have a weekend off.

You should also first check with the seller. They are in the end responsible for what they sell.

Of course, I hope they have some holidays, but I think during saturday it wouldn't be that unusual. I will wait until tomorrow.
I checked it again. Before it was a Photography plan (20GB) and I bought exactly the same.

The strange thing is that I activated the code and that was also confirmed. I even received an email with a strange sentence in it:

Your voucher code has been accepted. Your Photo Subscription (20 GB) will continue until January 7, 2024 (PT). Click below to get started:

Why (it was yesterday) only until tomorrow?

And when I tried to access my account again, there was no sign of an activated subscription. And of course the re-entering of the code was rejected because the code had already been activated.

Hey,

thanks for your answer. I don't think so. I bought via amazon and in the description I found a sentence like use your Adobe ID or create a new one. Nothing about first time users.

you need to read the fine print. ie, there's a detailed explanation beyond the main text.

if that looks ok, check your account to see if there's information there, https://account.adobe.com
