Возвращение средств за продление подписки

Здравствуйте. 16 декабря подключила пробную подписку на ваши продукты. Воспользовалась один или два раза. Потом всячески пыталась отменить подписку, но система не давала: окно "управление планом" не открывалось, данные карты не получалось удалить. На вашем сайте нашла информацию, что при нескольких неудачных попытках списания средств подписка будет аннулирована. Система пыталась это сделать много раз. Последняя попытка была еще 6 января. Прошу вернуть сумму за подписка. Не планирую пользоваться продуктами.

И счёт за оплату выставлен за 23 декабря, то есть 3 недели безуспешных попыток снятия средств за подписку, система не приостановила мою подписку и все равно списала деньги
