Waiting 16 hours for a photoshop elements 2025 purchased from Argos. Told it should take two hours. Argos have put order in to Adobe.

My download is still not arrived after a 16 hour wait. Not happy might ask for refund. Nev going to use Adobe again.

    @Clinton photography, thanks for posting. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions for your purchase of Photoshop Elements 2025 under your account. 

     

    You will want to follow the helpful advice offered by @Ged_Traynor and reach out to Argos if that is who you used to make your purchase, @Clinton photography.  

     

    You can also go to https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html to purchase a license for Photoshop Elements 2026 from Adobe directly. The purchase and download process will be much faster than what you have posted, ​@Clinton photography.
