Waiting for a refund

Hi, I ordered Adobe Creative Cloud to use Photoshop and Illustrator and then canceled within the next 14 days and it's been 10 days and I still haven't received a refund. Can you confirm that a refund will be issued?

Refunds are processed mannually, and due to the holidays, they could take more time than usual. I would expect waiting 10 working days before doing an inquiry.

I don't believe what is happening to me. Every day I look in the bank account to see if they have refunded me what I mentioned yesterday in this thread. WELL, TODAY I SEE THAT THEY HAVE MADE ME ANOTHER CHARGE OF €24.19 WHEN I HAVE BEEN AWAY ALL DAY. I NEED YOU TO REVIEW MY CASE AND TELL ME WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
