Want to cancel my plan, no "manage plan" button!

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my adobe CC plan and according to this page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

And there should be an "Manage plan" button but there is none.
There was another thread in this forum with a similar problem where the account was managed from an organisation but this is my own account so no one else have access to cancel but me.
