Wanted to switch plans and go for the uni option, the invoice doesn't show up and charged 4x TIMES?
I wanted to switch plans due to a youtube sponsorship which advertised an uni option and I wanted to upgrade my current solo Photoshop plan at 19 pounds to the Uni discounted full suite Creative Cloud option. I went to go and do it, it kept saying, "The purchase is not surpported" And I was trying to get the discounted product anyway. I go to validate my place of study like four times, one after another cause the products never showed up, the webpage states, "thanks for the order". I go to my apps and the stuff I bought was not there and because I attempted multiple times to get the product, I go to my bank app only to see 4 PENDING TRANSACTIONS for a product I can't even use, and the worse part is that it cancelled my solo Photoshop plan. How do I get my money back? The bank app is telling me to contact the company (Adobe) so this was my best bet. Thanks for all the help.
