Hi @Nouran33076007ss0m,

We appreciate you contacting us. Yes, this is true that you can get full refund if you cancel the subscription within 14days. As per your accoun info, you subscribed for Creative Cloud All apps on October 21, 2023. It has been a month since then and this is the reason you're getting this message.

You can get more info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Let us know if you have more questions.

contact adobe support to remedy. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

you're welcome, but it appears you posted incorrect information. so, don't expect a "remedy".
