Warum bucht Adobe seit Monaten zu hohe Gebühren ab, trotz Studentenabos?

Ich bin Studentin und Adobe fragte mich vor ein paar Monaten nach einer weiteren Studienbescheinigung. Diese habe ich hochgeladen und sie wurde mir als gültig und OK bestätigt. Trotzdem bucht Adobe mir seit Monaten die normale Gebühr für das Abo ab, was als Studentin, die auf die Produkte angewiesen ist, ein echtes Problem ist. Warum ist bei Adobe niemand in der Lage nach Schritt 1 auch Schritt 2 (korrekte Betragsabuchung der Studentengeühr!). Seit über 3 Monate!

Bitte Adobe-Team. Kümmert Euch endlich.

    I do show that you were sent a confirmation that your proof of eligibility was accepted on March 2nd, 2026. If you have concerns about any current charges, then please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

     

    You do have three different accounts, so see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for information on how to use the account chooser to log in under the personal account where your individual subscription is managed.

     

    Most schools are blocking access to individual subscriptions in 2026, so if you are unable to reach anyone at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen please work with your school for help. They may even offer their own plan at a reduced cost, with greater compatibility with other students and faculty members.

    Hi Jeff,

    many thanks for your detailed reply.

    I am still not sure what I can do, do correct your meant to say Adobe “mistake”.

    I did subscribe for a student plan, what did work perfectly fine until the moment I re-submitted the “proof of study” as per your request

    As you correctly state it was accepted in March (even though submitted before already). Now we do have June and 3-4 times already I was charged 77,99 EURO. Please keep in mind the student amount is 34,99Euro!

    If I would not need Adobe for my study, I already would have canceled my subscription and would seek for trustful alternative. Don’t get me wrong the products are great and I like them, but currently I am afraid your “standard” of how to treat customers doesn't match my expectations.  

     

    Can you let me know exactly how and whom to contact to get the following points sorted:

    1. credit the overpaid amounts either to my PayPal or to user my account and use it for future charges until balanced
    2. how to avoid current situation in future
