Lightroom keeps asking me to log in almost everytime I use it and every 5 or 6th time I get the above error message. I am connected to the internet (as I accecced this page amongst others) and dont have anything that could be blocking access to the Adobe servers. This seems a common issue from a google search with no simple solution. I've just renewed by subscription for another year and hoped that would solve the issue but its just as bad. How can I confidently work when I can no access the software I have paid for.

 

Please advise a solution.

how do you get past that problem that occurs every 5th ot 6th time?

Usually by rebooting my PC (certainly worked just now) although I can't say
for definite it works every time.

something on your computer is removing or corrupting your adobe credentials (eg, av). i'm not sure what on computer requires a reboot to fix, but see if resetting the cc desktop app works.
