We have had multiple instances where users keep getting MFA prompts when they're not trying to login. Why does your login process prompt for the MFA code BEFORE the password?

Please have your security people look up “MFA Fatigue”. Having the MFA code prompt BEFORE asking for a password is just asking for your users to get inundated with MFA text messages and emails. I know this because it’s already happened to us. Please correct this.
