Website account doesn't reflect Cloud Desktop App

Weird just trying to figure out my account. Used Creative Cloud App to install and update my Lightroom Classic/Photoshop/Fresco plan. Which shows just fine in Desktop app. But if I sign into my account from web browser. It doesn't show what I have installed or needing updating. All the apps just have download buttons and not showing already installed.

 

Something wrong on my side? or Adobe's side? As makes for managing account from different ways confusing.

me too. is that why i'm having issues with various syncing?
