Wechsel von 20GB Prepaid Abo auf 1 TB Prepaid Abo - Kündigen/Vorgehen?

Mein 20GB Foto Abo läuft noch bis 14.10.2026.

Ich habe bis dato keine Zahlungsweise hinterlegt!

Ich habe schon einen neuen 1TB Prepaid Code.

Muss ich mein 20GB Abo kündigen oder kann ich es einfach auslaufen lassen und am 15.10.26 den neuen 1TB Prepaid Code eingeben?

Was passiert, wenn ich später doch noch eine Zahlungsweise irgendwann hinzufüge?

Gibt es dann ein problemn mit dem alten 20GB Abo, das am 14.10.26 auslief?

Ist das Vorgehen mit dem auslaufen lassen und einen Tag später den 1TB Code eingeben richtig?

Ist dann in LR und PS noch alles vorhanden (Bilder, Einstellungen, etc.)?

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I can understand how frustrating this is, especially since you've been using Adobe services since 2024 and are simply trying to move to a plan with more storage.

     

    I reviewed the account you used for this public discussion post, and your current Photography plan with 20 GB of storage is still active and is scheduled to renew on October 14, 2026. Because the new prepaid code is for a different Photography plan that includes 1 TB of storage, it cannot be applied directly to the existing 20 GB subscription.

     

    If you'd like to use the new 1 TB prepaid plan, you'll need to cancel the active 20 GB subscription and allow it to expire. Once the current plan ends, you can redeem the new prepaid code to activate the 1 TB membership.

      Danke für ihre Hilfe.

      Das bedeutet ich muss selbst aktiv kündigen? Obwohl keine Zahlungsweise hinterlegt ist, da ich ja einen Prepaid Code benutzt habe.

      Bis wann muss man kündigen?

      Wenn man jetzt schon kündigt, läuft trotzdem alles ohne Probleme bis zum 14.10.26 weiter?

      Den neuen Code kann ich dann ab 15.10.26 einlösen, richtig?

      Bleiben Bilder und vor allem Einstellungen die ich in den Programmen vorgenommen habe, nach der Kündigung erhalten, wenn ich den 1 TB Code hinterher einlöse?

      Yes, you will need to cancel the plan yourself manually. If you redeem the other code now, ​@jens_72 , you will have two subscriptions, which is why you will need to wait until the current code expires.
