Wel betaald, maar geen product te zien
Good morning,
Yesterday, I paid for an Adobe Lightroom package for €14.74. I did this through the browser, not the app.
My first problem is that I can't access my account. At least, I can, but it says I still have to pay. So I can't edit anything, even though I can see my bank statement. Problem two is that €14.74 was debited from my account twice instead of once... Could you help? When I access my account in Lightroom, I don't see my subscription anywhere. There's also nothing listed under memberships.
