I have maintained an account with your company since April 2022, initially paying $19.99 per month. However, starting January 2023, I noticed that the billing amount increased to $34.99. Unfortunately, I am uncertain about the email address associated with this account. I attempted to use the email I believed was linked, but it redirected me to a trial version. Could someone assist me with this issue?
