What am I being billed for?

I'm at my wit's end! I can't access customer support because they can't find a registered product or subscription. Why am I being billed $20 a month if I don't have access to the tools OR customer service?

    Perhaps you have an Adobe mobile app from Google Play or Apple Store?

    Or maybe you or a family member has a plan under another Adobe ID (email)?

    If you do not have a subscription under any email address contact your credit card company's fraud office

    you need the adobe id (=email address) used when signing up.

    if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

     

    if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

     

    if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

     

    if that fails, change the install location
