What happened to my 2 free months

I singed up for a yearly subscription with a student discount. There was a special offer of 2 free months + 65% discount for the rest of the year. After finalizing the purchase, I checked the scheduled date for my next payment and it's exactly a year from now. I'm wondering why I didn't get the 2 free months that were supposed to be included?

Are you sure that, as you have paid for a full year, that the 2 months were not deducted from the total?

Yes. The issue got resolved after contacting the Adobe support directly 🙂
