What happens to the data when I log out someone else's seat?

We use Adobe Cloud Idividual as a team which allows two seats at the same time, and sometimes I get a notification that two seats are already taken, and I can log out of one of the other computers. What happens to that person's opened file when I log out someone else's computer?

Contact your IT dept.  Your organization's Teams Admin will need to handle this for you.

You MUST NOT use Creative Cloud Individual as a team. It is allowed to activate it on two of your own computers, but not to use them at the same time. It is NEVER allowed to share the Adobe ID with family, colleagues, staff, not even your boss.
