I would like to ask why Adobe does not provide a more direct and accessible purchasing option for customers in countries like Bangladesh. Because of this, many users face difficulties when trying to obtain legitimate Adobe subscriptions.

For many people in Bangladesh, Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions are difficult to afford, and payment methods are also limited. As a result, many students and beginners cannot purchase Adobe software directly from Adobe.

In this situation, if someone in Bangladesh uses a non-licensed (pirated) version of Adobe software for learning purposes or even for freelance work, what is Adobe's official policy?

In countries where many users cannot easily purchase a subscription, does Adobe officially permit such use, or is it always considered unauthorized from Adobe's perspective?

I would sincerely appreciate an official clarification.

I would also like to be honest and mention that I am currently using a non-licensed version of Adobe software for learning. My goal is to develop professional skills first. If I become financially able in the future and start earning professionally, I fully intend to purchase a legitimate Adobe subscription through an authorized source available in Bangladesh.

Many people in Bangladesh are in a similar situation and use non-licensed versions because of financial limitations and limited access to official purchasing options. Therefore, I would genuinely like to know Adobe's official opinion and policy regarding this matter.
