When Can I Cancel Adobe CC Student Plan Without Paying the $49.99 Fee?

I'm a college student and subscribed to Adobe CC at the student rate ($19.99/month), but I no longer need it. I tried canceling, but it shows a $49.99 cancellation fee.

My renewal date is tomorrow (August 8th), but the annual commitment date listed is November 10. I'm confused — do I have to cancel at the end of the billing month or wait until the full annual period ends to avoid the fee?

cancel after your final payment is received, ~2 1/2 months from now.
