When do i pay my yearly program?

If you have your subscription from Adobe directly, not from a school or a vendor, you will be invoiced each month (if your subscription is an annual subscription paid on the month) or each year (if your subscription is an annual subscription paid on the year) each time at the same date and hour, when you took your subscription, respectively when the paid subscription started. The amount will be charged to your credit card or any other payment method that you may have used.

you'll be billed by adobe (as long as you have a valid payment on file at your account).  ie, the'll charge your credit card.
